Τhe building is situated in Panorama Voulas, one of the southern suburbs of the greater area of Athens in Attica. This suburb is considered to be one of the finest and most luxurious in Attica. The site forms a trapezoid shape with two sides open to the two surrounding streets. On its west side it is adjacent to a housing block while on the east it faces a small triangular public green area with pine trees. The gentle inclination of the site offers views towards the sea and the Saronikos Gulf. In front of the site a long green park is located, which forms an excellent natural spot right in front of the building. Around the site and at a walking distance, there are more public green areas offering a high quality of neighbourhood. The climate is relatively moderate due to its close relationship to the sea and mount Ymittos.

The building complex consists of four autonomous apartments of 90 -140 sq meters each and a studio of 40 sq meters, featuring large balconies on the two main facades of the building, private gardens and extended outdoor areas, highlighting as an important issue of the architectural design, the relation between the indoor and outdoor spaces in the Attica Mediterranean climate.
